What to program 102 with for Cardsharing

Seeing as how I own a captiveworks, and I am getting back into plastic, I would kinda like to use the CW for myself with Cardsharing and NewCS, with the CW 600 Premium 1.19 bin. I have read but cant find specifically, What to program the ROM102 card with, or what to program it with to get BOTH dish and BEV (If possible, some posts have hinted at it but not clearly.) I have all the necessary hardware, got an old netsignia 210 from H card days, and old H card unlooper (wildthing two clone). Got a 3.6864 xtal on the way for the Netsignia.

I really think I will prefer my CW to anything the DP311 I am waiting on has to offer (I know I havent got it yet, But I like my Canadian channels!). I will definitely be buying a ROM102 to share..

Ok, I got the captiveworks working with NewCS after programming a ROM102 with DT tierworks, only Dishnet provider though. I have searched and searched, and everything implies that for dish, I need a ROM102 dish bin (which is what I have), for BEV I need a ROM102 bev BIN... So its one provider or the other? Is there a way to set up two cards (One for BEV and one for DISH) for one client (STB)?
