I have a pretty rare and old H card Unlooper, It was built and designed by Kpyro, and even purchased from kpyro on the old DSSU. I used to have the schematics for it but cannot find them online anywhere. Does anyone have any idea how to mod this to be used as an unlocker? I believe circuitry is the same as the tucker boards but it may be a revised version

Edit***: I can take pics of the board, but I cannot at this moment. I will get them up asap.

I have two of those. a old electronics guru friend of mine modded his to work on blue cards. I have the it now and he has since passed away. I put 4619 chips in it and tried to unlock a rom 102 rev 103 and looped the card.

Hmmm... I am still interested in trying, not a hobbyist till you fuck something up right? This thing was my old faithful with the H AND HU cards, I used to unloop those things daily. I had like thirty looped HU's that I fixed, UL4S worked so well on this board that I never modded it or added a daughter board. Don't let old failthful DIE!!!

EDIT*** From what I have read, the 4619's have a greater chance of looping older REV ROM 102's (Pre 106?), and that 4053's are preferred for those revs, may have something to do with that......

well lets get your pictures posted and I will see for sure if they are the same. Please don't make me go through this loader and tell you what is what!! LOL. he put two pots on it, one for brute force off the 4053 chip like most mods do. and then he used a extra opamp off another chip to do the "proper" way.

Sorry, couldnt seem to balance between dark and light. I will try to find a better room.....
EDIT*** BTW, if you can even see it, dont worry about the VRM and power LED, I broke those off a few years back, never needed it again so I never fixed it. Not hard to do though.

It is different than mine but it has 4053's so I say it can be modded.

I kinda figured, The schematics were public so alot of peeps probably built and sold this same design on their own PCB's. This one is pretty obviously of the homemade variety (laser printer & carbon paper etched traces, lol), definitely not a mutlilayer PCB. I bought it from Kpyro himself, which I have always attributed to this board's glitching success rate in the back of my mind. I just Can't let it go! I am comparing alot of different mods, and thinking that schematics would be my best bet to pick up the differences from the boards I dont have (T911, Mikobu, etc..)

Hi sneaker, this is the mod instruction for your unlooper, Dr sagan sent me few months ago, I hope you will have better luck than I had moding it.

Hmm. Some of the traces cut and changed in this mod are NON existant on mine. I am comparing the pics to see if they are there but laid out differently. Thank you for the pics!

Sory I just looked closer at both images, the traces are different, it looked similler in the bigining when I loked at the layout of the components.
May be you should follow the instructions from Dr sagan.
Good luck

Yes they are very different... Not to sure If I want to perform the mod yet, But it would probably work. I just noticed some burnt pads where the VRM was, that my idiot friend tried to re-solder and the traces are peeled back. I cant tell exactly what he was trying to do, But I might have to use wire jumpers....

Maybe I should put it in the pile with the F cards and bootstrap loaders and buy a nexus...

That may be a good idea. I looped four Rom 102 in my moded Absolute 1 Loader after I replaced the 4053 with 4619, I orderd a Nexus II from TeccZone on june 11 I did not get it yet, they sure pissed me off.
