HELP Nexus Blue 4619 Chip

I have been using the Nexus Blue 4619 Chip to unlock many rom102 card with no problem.
I've just purchase a rom102 rev103 card from fleebay

Here's the problem. When I try to reflash my Nexus loader. Here's what I got got. Any help please

ANYONE HAVE ANY SUGESTION???

reboot your computer, I get that once in awhile too. usually a reboot will solve it. If it doesn't I just play around with it or unlock with the flash the way it is which I don't reccomend that you do.
