I just had a rom 102 unlocked that came with my 510dvr. I would like to know how do I get it up in running.I have never programmed a 102 . I have been using emu for the longest. Is there a step by step to program my rom102 to work in my 510 ird. Do I have to jtag ird. Its like being a newbie all over again

Got mine working by using a pay provider, much easier in the long run. I think romcode service would be the same in this site. The 510 is awesome.

this is what I did. Iopened n2beta9 read card, save original. next I copied the hdtv tiers from the programming rom 102 guide, and then paste them in the aplly patch window. next I patched the latest blocker to card and All channels are red. I have an exsub 102 with my 510dvr. Can someone help me get up and running with a exsub with 510 dvr. step by step

Use Dt Tierworks or one of the other tier programs. Create your tiers and the program will update the bin for you. Then you only need to add blocker and you're done.

I thought I had it, but channels are still all red here is what i did step by step. open dt tier works open the original bin from the exsub102 wipe tier then get keys write keys, then I picked my tier, then genarated ppv string, then modified bin. I then open n2 beta9 read card open the modified bin then I patched the v28 blocker and write to card. put in ird and all channels are red except free channels are working. I seen somewhere that I am suppose to change the date on the card located under data type 01 and 09 spending limit. How do you change the date and what should I change it to. is this is the reason why the channels are red

red channels usually means expired tiers. Modify the exipiration date of the tiers and you should be done.
