I have perfectly good bins which show up properly in FlashEdit and then the same bins after taking a normal receiver upgrade show up with "the I won't show you" message due to an error. In the advanced mode, it shows a specific checksum error. This seems to happen only with 301 rcvr files. I even have 301.010 bins that were perfectly fine and then after an upgrade FlashEdit insisted that they were 301.013 bins. So, yes I always use existing or I search for bins that do not have a problem to start with and then either after they're upgraded from the receiver or converted in the receiver from Dish to Bev or vice-versa will show up with problems. I have found no problems with 6000, 2800 receiver bins only 301. Anybody know why it's happening, what to do or can the checksum errors be disregarded if everything else is OK?
