Ok I just gave up on atmega and I just recived my Mikobu unlocker and loadrer. I am presently unlocking a bev ROM102 REV243, and I was wondering if the ROM103 REV640 is unlockable?

It is only is only for dual turner IRD

So in other words, it will not work or ever work on a 3100? It did come from a 3100, am I right or aventualy it can work?
