J-Tagging 301-10 [Archive] - Mili's Marauders

I can't seem to find what I eed. Need Help.
I have both a 301-13 and a 301-10 model receivers. They both have the AVR-x headers and ribbon cables intalled. (Both work fine with the AVR-X card when they were working.)I made a Simple Jtag using the 301-13 ribbon cable and can Jtag 301-13 ok. My question is will the same cable i made for the 301-13 work on the 301-10 or do I need to rewire the DB 25 end. I know they hooked up different to the old AVR-X card??? I dont want to connect the 310-13 jtag that I made to the 301-10 untill I know the different. Can some one lead me to the schmatictics (Top side) of both the receivers??

PS I just bought a Rom 102 card and Programmer and loader from Mill. Which receiver would you recommed I use?? the 310-13 or the 301-10?? Or maybe even the Dreambox 500 as I have one of those too. (could than get Bev channels to I guess)

the .010 is different I think man. you would have to rewire. the 013 will need a vid mod if you want to use it for testing. the 010 won't. so probally easier to rewire 010 jtag for 010 than to do vidmod. but I guess that is a matter of preference.

I have it hook up but nothing comes up when I het detect. I checked and rechecked and rechecked my connections and they are ok. Do I need to use "Wall" with the 301-010?

use Jkeys 2.9.11 on 301.010. Works great.

If your getting nothing at all it is not communication,
port is off on pc or you are wired up wrong.
be sure you got 0x378 checked in jkeys = lpt port

Thanks. I know the Pc ports are ok cause I can Jtag my 301-13 ok. I ordered a new jtag just for the 301-10. will wait till I get it and rey again. I checked and rechecked the one I made and all wireing were ok and getting continuity But not sur why it won't read. I think it is the j-tag conversion I tried to make to use with the AVR-X ribbion cable.Thanks for the help and info.
BTW I did use J-tag version 2.9.11
