The new dish bird line up is supposed to be 110, 118.7, 119 & 129. The new DISH 1000+ has a new middle LNB that gets the 118.7 & 119.
118.7 is supposed to carry spot beam locals and international stuff. They are shipping the DISH 1000+ now to any local that is up on the 118.7, I know Pittsburgh is switching in September but dont know about other areas yet. If you buy a new dish from them I would ask for the 1000+ its supposedly $350 if you dont live in one of the areas that is up on the 118.7 and when your area is up and running its free with a new sub or they are going to offer an LNB upgrade kit for the 1000. The dish is the same the LNB cluster is different with wing brackets for the 110 and 129 with the new dual LNB in the center for the 118.7 and 119.
If you currently have a DISH 1000 the alignment will be very close if not right on so the LNB swap is supposed to be easy for most people to do on their own. The LNB kit has not been released yet but is supposed to be avaliable shortly, the DISH 1000+ is avaliable now from DN dealers and hopefully soon to open markets.
