blacked out channels on 301-10 with rom102 rev103

i just got an open rom102 rev103 card from the store. i have 301-10 ird. i had to calculate dt08 for the card and tsop, i did so with gendt08 3.3, saved and flashed tsop and card image, used tierworks 26.7 for tiers then applied the v22 blocker for rev 103. Everything registers, i can see all the channels in the guide, none are red. however, when i try to watch them, all i get is a black screen. i only get a few local channels. any ideas?

I think you're using an old blocker. Use V28G - it should spoof rev 109.
