glitcher and iso ???

I received a couple glitchers and an iso from a friend and was wondering if anyone can tell me 1 how to flash the glitcher if it worth it, and 2 what are they and will they work with 102. one is a amphenol, its a red board that says rev:004 and pn#1303 and has 4 dip switches. The other is a green board with 6 dip switches, the board has pcb xz10 printed on it, the dip switch has 76pdb06 and 0217 printed on it. the iso is a has written on it t-911 bell and it seems to work ok, milli's is much better.curious about the other two. Any ideas?
