problems with 322 rom103

I am having problems with a 322 rom103. It acts like I am missing transponders or teirs. Some channels are missing, not no black out or key change all that is correct just missing channels as if not getting all transponders or signal. I only have one incoming sat connection hooked up. Could this be the problem? I haven't messed with a dual-tuner so I don't know. Just wondering if you have to have both incoming sats connected or if something is just getting over written or lost with the tiers? Sorry to ask without just climbing on the roof and checking it out but it's been raining like hell here and I'm a fat ass that doesn't belong on a two story house (done broke my neck once). I have a regular dish legacy 500. Just mainly ppv's and some movie channels missing, not totaly sure what all is missing just know some are. Thanks for any help and info

well see if you have signal on both 110 and 119. Run checkswitch to verify connection. if all is well with signal. and after running checkswitch you do not have all channels. We can probally assume they are not on the card tiers. But first be sure you have 110 and 119 signals and the receiver is seeing both of them properly.
