Urgent: DP301-010 IRD password

Hi guys,

I got a dp301-010 box & it has a password on some channels, so i tried to use NVRAM dumping method but it's like it's not working anymore, nothing is there, so is there any other way to reset the password without jtagging? with the remote? if not, where are those 2 jumpers located on the board for this to reset?

do this exactly as I write it. Its tough to get it right, so don't give up.

Press menu, then 6, then 3, then info, right arrow, then left arrow. When the dump screen comes up on your TV screen press tv/video. You will see a corrupt memory screen, unplug the reciever from the wall outlet for 1-2 minutes. This will clear the locks. You will have to practice with the buttons as it needs to be done as rapidly as possible.

That remote deal used to work, but the last time I had that problem it wouldn't so I had to read it off the eprom in hex edit. It no problem if you have a copy of the eprom handy.

I forgot the exact line but that info is in these forums.
