Can I clone 311 receiver?

Knowing that if I keep testing as close to a sub as possible this will limit charlies ability to kill me.
I have a subbed 311, I know CAM ID and RecID from box.
Can I take a 301-13 set recID to 311 number then use CAMID on ROM 102 card?
Will this get me anywhere or is it just a wishful hope that it will limit ECM's?
I will still have to use a blocker so will this negate setting ID's?
Is there any other way of getting 311 CAM info without soldering (it's charlies receiver)?
Just trying to look ahead and find best method to limit future ECM's (sure to come sometime).
I remember HU days when it was possible to take a subbed card and clone it to open up tiers.

Wishful thinking....you can't get any more info off the 311 unless you glitch the card, you need a lot more than the receiver number and CAMID. You are subbed, your 311 is prolly 287, so for now anyway, that's out.
