porn channels not available in your area message blackout issure

OK so i got into the 102's when i program them on channels 492 and 496 i get message not available in your area i am guessing it is a blackout issue how do i get the solved they are exsubbed from an area that i believe will not allow these channels. i have received them before where i am at so i know i can get them. curious what i need to modify to allow acces to these channels any help is greatly appreiciated

Change the Zip Code on your bin to something that allows porn. You can use Dt Tierworks or Nagramaster 2.0 to change Zip Code.

i tried that in DT tierworks and still not authorized. these are ex sub that i just added teirs and ppv reactivated so to say. the area they are from don't allow these channels. in the guide it shows a different time zone than that of the zip i put in. any ideas??

Try moving time zone east one zone thats what I had to do in DT Tier
