Does any know where I can find pengas unknown provider D2C (D@C) file?

Open bin in N2E
At address 30C0 change first two bytes from BF BF to as follows, to reset datapointers:
Dish plastic is A7 BF
then write to card and u r ready to go

I cant write to the card I cant read it I cant do anythijng with it. The card came unlocked from milli

If it came from "mili" it's prob a "Good Cam", although you may need to glitch it.

If you have "IS0 prog" see if you get any info with trex progie.If you get invalid atr with other progie's don't give up.You may need to "unlock" with iso or glitch with modded loader....If you don't follow this ,read, read,read...and let us know...
