bev sub question

buddy has a sub. he pulled the sub card and put it away, and he did the ird to run the 10to102 fix. thats dead now, card is ex07, so he redid the ird to match his sub again. put in the card, and he gets the free channels, but no others. they are all red. nothing was done to the acrd at all. been streaming it for 3 days. any ideas?

I believe he has to call b*v and have them reactivate his card. It's been out of the stream too long and lost it's tier info. He should tell them that he's been away for several months and had the unit unplugged, and when he plugged it back in it didn't work. They'll fix it for him.

his tiers are expired and his card has possibly been desubbed. update the tiers and the 01 ird info with rom explorer and all will be working. if he calls bev then they will update his card to a rev he can't unlock. Unless he just wants to sub with it again then yes call bev.
