room 102 rev 103 please i need help a

i have room 102 erv 103 when i reset the card using iso programmer that what i get it gives the atr string blablabla and the room 102 rev 103 but when i waNT TO READ FROM I M NOT ABLE TO READ IT WHY

THIS IS WAS MY FIRST QUESTION IS THAT MEAN IS THE CARD IS LOCKED
THE SECOND QUESTION I HAVE A MACHINE I USED TO USE DURING DIRECT TV DAYS IT LOOK SIMILAR TO THE NEXUS UNLOCKER I WAS ABLE TO FLASH SUCESSFULY WITH NEWD13 AND IT GIVE INIZILATIATIG AND EVERY THING IS COMPLETE THEN WHEN I WANT TO RESET THE CARD IT GIVES IS ME ATR ERROR ,MY QUESTION IS THAT MACHINE THE GLITTCHER IS NOT COMPATIABLE WITH DISH NETWORK OR THERES MORE TO THAT

Yes, card is locked. You probably have a loader used for the HU cards. Check the Unlocking Forum for info to see if you can mod that loader so it can unlock your card. Some of the DTV loaders can be modified.

how i know if it will work if i was able to use the xp atmel to modd the machine with newd 1 but when i m done and i put the switch 2 ,5 back on i still not able to set or read the card is that mean maybe the machine i have not reaaly a good unlocker

the loader needs to be moded before you can use it.

I have 322 dish reciever and I want to know how to program, I am new in this please help me so I can program the reciever.

well elchapo you need to know what kind of rom you card (card type) then if its usable like a rom 102 or rom 103 and then get an unlocker and an iso loader, to unlock the card and then read it and write to it. do some reading!
