channel 154 and 126 how can I get theme

I have been using a 102 3m thats working great but I dont get the NFL,154 and the baby channel 126 (for the kids) I have an all in one 3m bin, how can I apply those channels to my all-in-one bin

You need to edit your tiers...

Baby TV: low 0160 high 8000
NFL Network: AT 60 low 0001 high 0030 (was low 0001 high 002D)

I use Get Tier Info II to edit my tiers. Good luck.

how do i add a tier to the bin file. i am new at this and i am not sure
