ROM-102 with dvr-510
Did everything from the begining.
- clean card image
- new tiers with new keys
- same 28g blocker
All went good !
Now when i put my card in the receiver
black screen ( no error's ) just black screen.
Channel header is showing ( title ) then
black screen.
What did I do wrong ?
i have the new keys!!!

probably something simple. Go back and do it again and make sure you double check your #s and steps.
This is an exsub I presume?

I'm going to try to flip the keys.
Like maxheadroom said, maybe you switched them around. Sounds like you did. Make sure you are replacing the right key and not puting the new key00 in the key01 spot. Cause it will go black if you do that.
key 00 --look for 06 08 10 <---16 bytes after are key 00
key 01 --look for 46 08 10 <---16 bytes after are key 01
What I have in red is how you tell the difference between the 2 keys. key00 will have 06 byte. Key01 will have the 46 byte.
Help please,
I managed to change the keys, however, now i am only getting the locals only,. the rest of the channels have headers and black screen.,
can someone help. any ideas.

fixed my problem !
still don't know how to change
those keys manually.
This is what i did ----- i used my old image
with old tiers, with expired keys and put
new blocker 28-h on it and put in the stream.
Rolled keys in 2 minutes and everything works good.

easiest way it with a program like gendt08 and nagramaster. they well both let you change the keys and then save that image.
