Please Help Mod Hu loader to unlock rom102.

I been reading for couple weeks now and also check the how to in 10x mod.
I don't seem to find anything to mod my old hu loader , on the board it
read Cyberv-unloop , it have JP1 and have four jumper slots, it have atmel 2313-10pi.

I think I have a lock rom102 rev 103 and the only one.
I was able to read it with negedit1.2(5.5)
it show a string of atr but at the end it said Fail to red card.

Am I correct that is lock I need to get it unlock first?

Yes, you need to unlock your card first.

I'm not fairmiliar with your exact unlooper, but it more than likely it can be converted to an unlocker.
