what is the Fix, Please?

SO what is fix for this latest key chnange? is there a new patch that needs to be applied to the card?
i have a rom 102 rev 103 spoofed to 109 with the v28 etc...
it was working fine before this latest key change. I have read somewhere to go in and change the key manually. managed to do that, now, i only get the local channels and the rest of the channels shows the 005 nag.
Any advice or fix?

Use Nagramaster...open your file in and near the bottom u will see the Key 0 and Key1 displayed...double click on key address and a box will appear in which u can change the keys...put in the CORRECT current keys for both and u will be good to go
PS..this has worked for everyone I told to do it...

it simply does not make sense. what am i doing wrong?

you can also use DT-tierworks or if you want a realy ez fix and you know the code space for you keys you can add the line to the V28G blocker or patch it with n2edit

tell me if that make sense to you. I noticed that when i go to the system menu on the dp301, i end up with only sat instead of the 3 sat that i have installed. in other word, i am not getting signals on all the 3 sat. i have 110 119 and 148. i can only see the sat 148. Maybe that is the reason why keys are not being updated since i keep getting the 005 nag on the rest of the channels. i have another receiver and i get signals on all the 3 sat. do you think that is part of the problem. possibly the receiver is gone bad?

When u save the changes u have to save them AS your original File.
Go to the file dropdown in Nagramaster and select"save as" then choose your original file then you save...hopes this helps

ok to find you keys open up NM and copy them.
now open romexplorer. open your 102bn file in HEX EDIT use the fine button and plug each key..one at a time this will show you where your keys are. so mine are at $A906= and $A946 for the 2nd one this will not always be where they are so you need to use romexplorer
Now open up N2edit open your bin clean code space now input your key addres and key $A906=0FC521D1B6048E9E90CCD31258E4B69B this will over right code starting at $A906= tilll the end of key. please note that $A906= is for my key and this may or may not be the same as yours so use romexplorer to find em:D

i just downloaded the v28g blocker to look at it and get a feel of what i need to do.
i do not see any IDEA Key 0 or Idea Key 1 in the text. i am confused.
