i have 3 rom 102 1 gets no atr and the other 2 get 102 rev 103 with atr. I gave to friend to unlock and he said that he couldn't. He has unlocked other rom102 rev 103 cards. Whats up? I just need 1 card. anyone unlock one for me for the other card with an atr?

Have you tried to unlock them yourself? Milli sells Nexus, I unlocked 3 102 rev 105 in under 1 min each. You might want to invest in one...its fun....If you don't want to go that route, pm me
