This Romanian site announces to have N*S Videoguard soon h@cked for
several European providers:

There are new rumors mostly on German boards, that there is is a full N*S software
emulation, like in the good old F-card days, with a so called NextGen (Titanium 3)
smartcard.

First off, Swedish Viasat is a small provider, with only about 600,000 subscribers
using NDS cards which are similar to Australian Foxtel and Chinese CCTV.

Their most distinguishing feature compared to the HU/P4 and European Sky cards is
an 1:1 ATR/data baud rate rather than 1:4.

Recently I have discovered someting curious on rdi-sat about Viasat:
