Resetting Sony B65 receiver?

Just bought a Sony B65 receiver since I have another which I sub. When using Kryto all I get is all channels except pay and preminum. No freezing or dropouts. I think I need to reset the receiver. Ideas or thoughts follks? Anyone got info on how to reset the B65 model?
