dish cards??

i have some old rom 3 and rom 10 cards...is there anything i can do with these cards???..i also have 2 boot loaders from dtv(when h-cards were in)..can i do anything with these??? ...i am new to dish and dont have a clue..can someone point me in the right direction thanx... rewdman

anything other then the rom102 lower then rev 109 and some 103 are dead
