Need help I have a Black Screen

I am using 301.10 with Rom 102 Penga 28 H and it was working fine till last night every thing is wide open - get up this morning and every thing is black no channel what so ever - I pull my card and thanks God it is not looped - unplug power and plug it back in and still same problem no channel even I can not get to the system info screen it look like that my receiver is dead

what could I do ??

I would like to add that my receiver power light is on that the only think that I get from my receiver but no screen at all

Sorry guys I find out what was the problem - my VCR was turn off - sorry for that

ok what you need to do is remove all 4 of your post before other see. LOL
my wife dose that all the time too.....it was not a ECM but a VCR.
