Ok I can't seem to open cam. I have the interface card wired to my 311. When I hook up my Iso programer and read or reset the card I get the following message.

Provider: Unknown

Failed to read card. (Retries: 25).
If I can read this can I assume that the wireing is correct? And all my solder joints should be ok also.?

When I hook up my Loader (Clear Box bough from MILI) and usinging NagraMaster Ver 2.0 (I did the Flash thing ok) I get after clicking on the "check button" "ATR: 3FFF(ect.) on top line and ROM 102 REV:287 on the next line. Nothing else is displayed on the data window. when I click on the "Read EEPROM" button I get in red block letters "EEPROM READ FAILED.Card locked????
When I click on Unlock card option I get the Unlock window. After I click on the button I get REV:287 in RED letters . (Nothing in the Box above it,to the left of the Com dropdown box window). In the box below the REV:287 box I am getting "Glitiching With Delay:(Numbers change) IN green letters) Below this box are 3 boxes Glitch Delay, Glitch type, and VCC These numers change and are Purple. Nex box down I get Red ------ reading across the box in Red. Every once in a while it will read-----Rst22 or Rst10 ect.
It has been doing this for an hour now. Is this what it is suppose to be doing?? Should I be trimming the pot while it is glitching or what.
Can some one help me out. (My box is unplugged also)
I am not sure what to do now.
Am I doing everything ok. Using NagraMaster is ok for this REV or should I be using WinExplorer (with what file?)

You can't glitch a rev 287. Is this a 311 you bought from mili or one you are trying to unlock?

I didn't know I couldn't unlock a 287. Guess I will have to wait.
How can you tell what revision you have from the set up screen or can you.

You can tell from the system info screen, or with your iso. Did it say provider unknown before you started glitching on it or after? If it is provider unknown, then that isn't good.

It has always said Provider unknown. The very First thing I did was try to read the cam with the ISO so I could save the bin in case I wanted to put it back to the orginal settings. But it said "Provider Unknown" and would not read card. I know the cam is locked because It was a 311 I just had de-subbed because I bought a new VIP 622 han had it changed over. Thouth I would try to Modd the 311 to learn how it was done. Never read any ware about the REV 287 not being able to Hack. Oh well Guess I will set it aside untill someone comes up wit a script. Darn I got an 811 I was going to modd to but it to is REV 287.
