How to get BK# on 311 receiver

I was gonna get the 311 from mili, but it says that there is no way to jtag that unit, so how then can I see the box keys #

If the cam is open, hook it up and read it with an iso. If not, you have to glitch into it with a modded loader, and then read with an iso.
