is the easy programming for the 510 in milis store for dish or bev? can you use those tiers and blocker and thats all you need to do? does it matter what rom and rev the card is? do you need to put anything else on the card? thanks in advance

what mili sells are exsub so the card is married to the box. add tiers and romcode blocker. and thats it

and is the blocker listed ok to use? i thought you had to subscribe to romcode? whats the advantage of romcode vs penga?
