I have unlocked my 102rev 103 how do I get about making this,work I pulled up the copy of my scipt in nagramaster and it shows box keys,ird number,but no tiears,can I just use dtteirs to create Tiers will this give me tv? if not what do I need to do.it is an old exsub, about 8 months ago

You need to do some reading. You will have to do a vid mod on the 301-013 to change the box keys and ird number to the public one. Mili has a great how to written on that. This will take a jtag device.

You will then need to load a fixed public bin to your rom 102 card with a current blocker. Since you don't have much experience at that I would load one that has already been prepared for you.

If the ex-subbed card is married to that receiver, then yes, just add the tiers and make sure the expire dates are updated.
