311 Prob...

I recently got a few 311's from a friend that used to have them active a while back...well I unlocked them and am able to read and write...all was well till I got to the last one... this one says " your receiver has not yet been activated " and gives me the " this is a subscription channel that has not been purchased blah blah blah...." and only gives me preview channels, I am using rom code and am certain this box was activated before ... it even has some previous purchases on the 102 chip... my ? is how can this be fixed? any input would greatly be appreciated......

Read the saved original bin and be certain it has the receiver number and boxkeys on it...

I have almost the same issue. I purchchased 5 311 units from mili back in march everything has been good until the last blocker update. All units rolled keys except one unit. I did not move the code space in 3 of the units so I have been using the codespace blocker and 2 out of three came right back up. The third will not roll keys or work when keys are applied manually. I checked the the expire dates and everything looks fine but the keys will not roll. I finally put the original info back into the unit with the blocker and could get the freebee channels added the tiers but would not roll. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanx for the replies, but yes it does have the box keys and ird id on the og bin....still same issue though

i had the same problem with mine, just change the ird expiration date in rom explorer

Do I have to modify the box & keys if I write Romcode to Milli's 311? Or just write Romcode and not worry about it.
