I really need help on Open ROM102 Rev103

I got white Nexus Unlocker from Mili today flashed with Newd13 with switch 1 and 6 on with no problem. Using Nagra Master Ver: 2.0 (Loader Version) to unlocks 2 ROM 102 Rev 103 cards, it took less than 2 minutes each it said 102 CAM NOW OPEN!!! then have switch 2 and 5 on the rest are off using NegraEdit 5.1 to read the card and here are the result below:

when reading EEprom it said
EEPROM READ FAILED. Card Locked???

MY question is:
What am I doing wrong? what should I do to correct this problem?
any idea, sugestions!!! and thank you ahead of time for helping me.

What are you using to read the card, your unlocker or an ISO programmer?

I use both with unlocker and ISO programmer ( ISO programmer the one I used to program ROM 10 and ROM11 with.

I'm not really an expert on this, but you might try n2edit.

I also noted you were using com5. Do you have the option of using com1?

it should not mader if you read it with nexus or iso try nagra 2 beta 9 i always have good luck with it

Nothing you should be able to read the card. I do not have your loader but i change nothing on my mik2. Check your switchs

you should use the iso programmer not the unlocker

You can use the nexus with nagra master loader ver to read the open card not with everything else. still looks locked to me.

Just wanted to update what I did to fix the problem that I was having earlier, I posted on another website with same kind of question few hours later I got the answer tried it and worked, 1 minute later BINGO then I am able to read EEPROM like the way it should, using white Nexus Unlocker with Nagra Master Ver: 2.0 (Loader Version) program, switch 2 and 5 on the rest are off and here what he said:

NagraMaster is known to give false unlock message. It says 102 CAM NOW OPEN!!! when in reality it is not. Use FTAPirate.tv 102 Unlocker v1 instead for those 103 revs. Works great and no false messages, hope this helps others.
