I have a rom 102 rev103 card.
I have a Netsignia 210 ISO programmer.
The seller I bought the ISO programmer from claims "it operates on a single crystal up to 4.00 MHZ"

I tried to read from the card to see if it is locked and it stated a ATR value the revision and "setting IFS".
It then goes to "reading from card".....and stops on "Error Reading Card" or something similiar.

Any pointers from a knowledgable tester?

This ISO programmer is not that new.. I saw a press release announcing this programmer dated 2003.

Here is what it is doing

ATR: (states ATR correctly)
CAM Type: ROM102 Rev103
Provider: Dish Network
Reading Card Image...
Failed to read card.

Is this a sign of a locked card or a sign of a bad ISO programmer.

The programmer reads the older blue cards (rom10) fine.

I use the netsignia 210. it works very well to read and write rom102 cards. You are getting the error reading because the card is not unlocked. You need an unlocker for that as the netsignia is only a reader/programer and not a glitcher/unlocker.

Thanks..

I thought N2 edit would say "backdoor closed" or something similiar.

Thanks for your help :D
