i couldnt flash my w nexus

i flash my nexus with nd13 i try to flash it with newdrs it says no active atmle and i try to unlocke 102 rev 105 it says it ned nd13 and now i even lost this one i cpuldnt flashj it again
please help

cycle it out, by cyling I mean to unplug the power and unplug the serial cable. then plug them back in, try it again.
