writeing rom102 errer

Please someone help me whenever i tryed to program my card I am getting this messege:

More info like what you are using iso,or loader what program writing card more details...

We do need more info but it sounds like you are trying to write to a card that hasn't been cleaned.

Read card
Clean codespace
Write back to card

Now your card will be clean and you can write the image you want to use.

I have a ISO programer and the file I am trying to write this bin :"BigPub Rom102 Bin V11 c0d3sP4c3 ROM 102 Blocker v11.0p Auto Lock" this is a very good file I have program many cards with this file and never had problem, the card I want to program now was rev 103 and can be read perfectlly but when i tryed to put new file it gives me an error in half way taht line 9600 something like that after 4 or 5 tryeng I am unable to read this card with n2edit 2.56 now when i read this card it says rev109, provider dish network and says unable to open the card, i also to tryed to open this card with nagramaster it sayes locked but when i open the new bin file in nagramaster and press the write tab it work and stuck in half way and gives me this message:

This is not first time I am programing the card but I never had this problem
I did every thing right first time I did cleanback space before the write new bin
If you anything about this error please help me out

Don't know anything about that file but can you unlock it with password?
