This thing kick's ass!!
1 bend up pin 1 of the 74hc00 to break connection with the jumper block
2 bend up pin 5 of the 74hc00
3 bend up pin 10 of the 232 your switch for flashing is connected between pin 10 and pin 18 of the Atmel
4 connect pin 1 of the 74hc00 to pin 5 of the 74hc74
5 connect pin 5 of the74hc00 to pin 18 of the Atmel
6 connect pin 11 of the 74hc00 to pin 6 of the Atmel
7 connect pin 12 of the 74hc00 to pin 14 of the Atmel
8 connect pin 13 of the 74hc00 to pin 1 on connected side of jumper pins
9 connect pin 5 and 8 of the 4053 to your pot
10 cut all vac and ground traces on the 74hc00
You should be good to go!!
