rom2 desub bytes?

are the desub bytes in the same location on a rom2 as they are on a rom3, ive been doing alot of searching and cant seem to find it, my 110 channels come in on the rom2 but the 119 channels are in red.thanks for any input.......

2 difrent location. but sorry I have no moor info about ditails.

i got it to work for some reason i could not get rtm to work so i tried tiergen and its working fine, maybe i got something twisted but all is well
now.thanks for any input and help..........
