XTV on T5 and pansat 2700A

I have a friend who bought the reader for his pansat to get the XTV on T5, now I spent the better part of the afternoon getting signal on T5 with his 33 inch dish. got it fluctuating between 60 and 75 percent on most transponders with 45 percent on transponder 5 which is where I understand xtv is. NOw we did blind scans and we dont' see XTV. Crow do you have any expertise in this area? What does he have to do get XTV? Is there a bin to load in pansat? We have reader hooked up and I believe it is correct. What is the channel name? XTV? Need a little help for him. Is there only one XTV station? the ads say over 100, if so which sats are they on?

xtv went away I paid for the card to get it and it is supposed to work for 14 months it did work but it dont work now that the signal is gone I have looked for a new sat but cant get it in North America as far as I know

fucking FTA bastards, then why the hell are they still selling it? he just got this thing a week ago!! He just got the dish MOnday and I just made it down there to get it pointed. That is Bullshit, Thank you for the info rdj. I appreciate it. man that pisses me off, I told him to buy a D*sh receiver.
