Help with 911 blue board

I am going to mod a 911 blue as per Cimba's pics. What do I do next? How do I flash it? What positions do I put the dips in and the installed switch? How do I unlock? Want to unlock 101 and 102. Thanks

I flipped the switch ON for flashing and switch 1 on,

for glitching turn off the switch, I used to use 2 and 5 for rom 10's, but only switch 2 on has be 100% on 103's thru 105's, I have a pot on mine and the sweet pot is almost off, just backed off the stop a tick,

Also Niagra Master has been the best for me, with NewD13 flash
