I have a old MIK III on used with Dave, will that work with Dish? If not what do I need to use with a 301 rec, rom 102 rev 103-107 card. Im new to dish and not use to having several pieces of hardware to unlock write and program, my MIK III did it all. The lingo here is different so any help to a newbie dish tester would be appreciated.

I don't think the MK III is fast enough and it does not have an adjustable pot so:
MIK Vortec (has many new advantages)if card is locked
ISO programmer
JTAG

You can use the Mik for rom 103 & 105 but you have to modify it to work with N2 cards. You can either use a resistor or a pot.
My arsenal:
Buffered Jtag
Modded Mik III (old chips)
White Nexus (new chips from mili)
Dual crystal ISO programmer (also from mili)
Programs:
JKeys
XPAtmel1.3 (to flash)
WinExplorer (with various scripts to glitch)
GenDT(Depends on receiver. Might not need.)
N2Edit2.58
MR Tierworks1.9
FlashEdit2.1

No JTAG?
I guess your dual crystal is just in case DTV becomes active again? Tell us: you still trying to get your AVR6 working again? Ha-ha!
