I dont have a clue where to start. I have a dp 510 pvr reciever with card and subscription, but am confused on where to start. I m trying to figure out what steps to take and what to order. Is my card locked? Do I just need a programmer if so what kind and what else do I need to order to get started.

glitcher/unlocker (unlock & program card)
ISO (more stable for programming card IMO)

NagraMaster (program used for unlocking & progamming)

I use WinExplorer with various scripts(depending on rev) to unlock with Nexus unlocker and N2Edit2.58 to program using an ISO.

You will need to reset the card and see what rev it is at. If it is at rev109 then you are SOL for now and will have to get a hold of a card that is at a lower rev and that is the beginning of a whole new ball of wax.

If your card is at a lower rev then all you need to do is unlock it, write tiers using MR Tierworks, patch a blocker and you are good to go.

You can use your ird, but I wouldn't screw with the card... you may loop it...although it is prolly at rev 109 anyway and no way to unlock it.. You also need to do a lot of reading, as this is pretty complicated for a newbie.
