only getting a few ppv

I am only getting a few ppv on 119, none on 110. The only shows being received on 110 are the high numbers which are locals. I figure most of the ppv are on 110 any suggestions?

I am using Coolsat 5000 18" dish. What is being received on 110?

I have a FLU and I have all PPVs open...
There was a key change today... I would suggest do a blind scan
