5900 help please

I have a 5900 that i can read but will not erase. done the r44 mod only applying power when i go to erase but jkeys will not erase hour glass hangs forever then get error message jkeys not reading back proper info. I have no problem reading u6 and u7 applying 9.5volts. I also have no power light on IRD.Been at this for a few days now cannot seem to make any headway any suggestions would be nice thanks Lee. pS i have the jumper on no traces cut

lee i just did one the other day, Mine was a B*V which I converted to DN, I jumped OJ1 in order to read and save both TSOP'S including eeprom, I only enabeld the vidmod to erase and write. I remarried the drive, all OK, I then proceeded to use public IRD and cam number, restreamed all OK.
