TRUE FTA in the caribbean

I have a 33" dish laying around back home and i was woundering if i could use it to get galaxy 10R am not sure what size dish i'd need to hit that bird ......am in jamaica to be exact any help would be good thanx...... i jus need something to play with while am on vaction. And what LNB do i need , i've read that standard LNBF is the best , is this true ??? i've been reading but am jus not clear on a few pionts

Look at lingsat.com but I think you are good with that dish just make sure that your setting is a 11250 insted of 10750

thanx crow ..........actually i just found out its a 36" so i should be good...when i go down i'll give it a try and post results..... i dont have a motor whats the best FTA sat out there to get some premium stuff off ........or can some one point me to a good channel list of galaxy 10R i cant seem to find one

Galaxy 10R is one of the best sat out there you will get about 30 channels. A blin scan would be the best bet. Change the LNB Freq to 10750.

hey crow were can i find a True FTA satinfo file ......... i cant seem to find any satinfo file with galaxy10R or do i even need a satinfo file ??? thanks

unless you are talking about channel master I am not sure then.I run a different FTA reciever

No files needed for true FTA you will half to do a blin scan under Galaxy 10R in your antena setup look at you singnal there once you highlight the sat. Local freq should be 10750 NOT 11250.
