tier settings

i usually don't post cause i do alot of reading, but unfortunately i need a little help. i noticed when atmega were up there was a thread mentioning something about a new low and high tier setting. i am trying to find that thread, can someone point me in the right direction much appreciated. :D

if you are getting all red channels.just got to min tier 14F5 change that to 1662 should be all ok then
