Viewsat virgin file needed

All my channel are messed up...i'm getting it in double and triples, I'm trying to erase everything and reload again. Can anyone tell me or post the virgin file good to load....thx.

which viewsat do you have platinum or extreme?
you can only use a platinum bins in platinum receiver and extreme bins in a extreme receiver:eek:

I have viewsat extreme...and the pgm i'm using is for extreme.

You dont necessarily have to reload factory file. If you do a factory reset, rescan channels, you will not have duplicate channels. The reason you have duplicate channels is because you have scanned more than once before reseting and possibly changed the setting in the antenna setup. Reguardless, first try a factory reset, rescan and see what happens. if that doesnt fix it then do a factory reload.
