What do I need to start?

I have an old Bellvu 3100 receiver. I would like to get it up and running. It's never been activated with Bell.

So what items do I need to get now?

What do you want to get? Best hardware is a 102 Chip card w/rev103, a JTAG, and an ISO programmer + plus all the assorted files (Flash Edit, JKEYS,MT Tier editor, etc.) as well as the current AIO file w/blocker.
