Can I use DirectTV dish to use in conjuction with Pansat or any other FTA receiver to receive DN channels?

I hate to disagree..but i have an older rca directv and lnb set up with my pansat and it is working WONDERFUL

lol parents had it ohhhh about 7 or 8 years ago...It works great with dickie and pansat 2500

had the reciever too...after the (i think H card) got looped.I switched to starchoice here in canada..they were offering a deal if you switched your grey market receiver youd get a starchoice receiver..Not bad considering the card/receiver didnt work

Dtv dish and lnb work fine for me on Bev and Charlie.

A dish is an antennae.... All antennae are stupid.... You can pretty much bullshit them into doing anything you want.... IE: your car antennae.... By changing the tuning knob, you're lying your ass off to the antennae, telling it taht it's longer or shorter than it really is....
The channels that you get from the FTA are, for the most part, Nag2 channels anyway....
So, after all of that, YES....
