If you want to get real FTA get an FTA Universal LNB
Invacom is a good place to start. Linear and Circular will give you the full benifit of your FTA IRD's

Soundguy ,
Can you tell me what are your set up for these two receivers ussing Dish 500 LNB.s, I have tried for a week ; I can get 119 or 110 separetely but not both at the same time.
Some people said that Legacy LNB's wont work with Viewsat Xtreme and switch 4X1.
Can you give me the key # for a Dish Network?

Sounds like you need to adjust your skew to a more severe angle?
I dont know about Legacy and Viewsht. Sorry, but I dont know why it wouldent work they work with all other FTA boxes to the best of my knowledge? Maybe you should try a SW 21 switch instead of an FTA switch?

I have 98% on 119- and 110 on % , when I scan them separetely, But when I connect both yo swict 4x1 only get signal on 110. I am sure is not the signal, neither the swich. Problably like pps said I would need a Dis Pro LNB.

I have a Viewsat Platinum running on a Legacy sw21 switch.
But its not the extreme.. So dont know if thats a difference or not.
Just make sure you have the correct settings in the menu. Or it wont
see your diseq switch..

if you are using a diseqc and legacy, they really don't work well together. When you get a DishPro lnb you will not have to use the diseqc any more. Diseqc switches are not the best, interms of reliability. Be sure to disconnect power before changing-out cable and switches as you can blow-out the switch, whichever kind you have. I see above that you have a 4x1 but have you confirmed that it is a diseqc? If so be better to eliminate it. I've had problems with 'em. But, keep in mind that lnbs can be under powered and over powered, causing them to fail, if they are older. When trouble shooting, confirm that your configuration in settings located in your fta set-up are correct. I would also do an inspection of the cables you are using. One thing more - I have done test - with good results - when I place the diseqc 6 feet from the fta unit. But then, you'll have to have an extra run of cable/co-axel to send to the lnbs. But it works, provided all of the other possible defaults have been eliminated. Good Luck !

I guess you are using a Dish receiver? If not, this belongs in the FTA forums.
