Dish 508PVR to legal Bev ! How?

Looking to use a dish 508 pvr for my legal BEV Any one know how this can be done ? Put legal BEV card in and said ERROR.
WHat can be done ?

phone bell and ask them if they will sub that receiver. Chances are probably NO since the firmware is different, but then you can ask them why is it when you plug in your virgin never streamed bell PVR there is dish firmware on it, lol. See what answer they come up with. :)
